Staff Accounts
1. Staff / Tour Coordinator
Locked Staff Profile Name, designation, WhatsApp and email are loaded automatically from the logged-in staff account. They cannot be edited inside a quotation.

Submitting this request does not change your profile. An Admin must approve it first.
2. Customer & Quotation
One shared system sequence for all staff: SL1000, SL1001, SL1002... • Auto-generated
Type a country name to search, then select from the suggestions.
Quotation number comes from the single company-wide sequence, not from this staff account.
3. Trip Details
Demo: distance and travel time are entered manually. Live system: Pickup & Drop-off use Google Places search, Google Routes calculates distance/time, and Google Static Maps creates the route image for the quotation.
4. Tour Package Details
Package name is typed by staff. Package link can be added to the customer quotation.
